All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

Final bill amount may vary based on customization and extra items.

Customers are requested to check their bill before payment.

We accept Cash, UPI, Debit Card, and Credit Card payments.

Online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

A One Family Restaurant is not responsible for payment gateway failures.

Once an order is prepared, cancellation is not allowed.

Refunds are applicable only in case of wrong or damaged orders.

Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.

Delivery time may vary based on location and traffic conditions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural or technical issues.

Please ensure correct delivery address while placing orders.

Customers must provide accurate personal and delivery information.

Misuse of services may result in account restriction.

Proper behavior with staff is expected at all times.

All disputes shall be subject to Patna, Bihar jurisdiction only.
